Give your Jobber crew answers from their own work orders

FieldIQ reads your Jobber clients, properties, work orders and custom fields, then answers plain-English questions on site — with the record or manual page cited underneath every answer.

What FieldIQ reads from Jobber

Read-only, and only the objects listed here. Every answer cites which record or document it came from.

👤
Client records and properties
Who the customer is and every property attached to them, so a question can be asked by address.
📋
Work order history
Past visits with line items and technician notes — the free-text detail that is otherwise unsearchable.
💵
Invoice data
What was actually installed and what it cost, useful for identifying the equipment already on site.
🔠
Custom fields
The fields your team added for your own workflow are imported and answerable, not dropped.

Connecting Jobber

  1. 1Connect your Jobber account from the FieldIQ workspace and approve the read scopes.
  2. 2FieldIQ indexes clients, properties, work orders, invoices and your custom fields.
  3. 3Upload the manuals, warranty documents and procedures you want the crew to be able to search.
  4. 4Techs ask questions from a browser on any phone or tablet. New work orders sync as they close.

What FieldIQ will not do

Read-only, always — nothing is written back into Jobber. Jobber also does not model installed equipment as a first-class asset the way some platforms do, so equipment answers come from your work-order text, invoice line items and custom fields rather than from a dedicated equipment record. In practice that works well for companies who note what they installed, and poorly for companies who do not. If your notes are thin, uploading manuals is where the early value is.
