You are never auto-charged, because we do not take a card to start the trial. Near the end we email you. If you add a payment method the plan begins; if you do nothing the trial simply ends and your workspace is paused. Email us within 30 days and we will restore it.

No. Every query is scoped to your workspace, so another company's account can never return your records. The only material shared between accounts is manufacturer documentation, which is public information. Anything you upload stays private to your workspace unless you explicitly mark it as shared.

Yes. FieldIQ runs in any mobile browser — no app install required. Your techs just bookmark the URL. Voice input works in any browser that supports speech recognition, for hands-free questions on site.
